Composition:

Each bag contains tetracycline hydrochloride 25g.

Indications:

For use in the control and treatment of the following conditions in swine, calves and poultry.

Swine: Bacterial enteritis (scours) caused by Escherichia coli and bacterial pneumonia associated with Pasteurella spp., Hemophilus spp. and Klebsiella spp. susceptible to tetracycline.
Calves: Bacterial enteritis (scours) caused by Escherichia coli and bacterial pneumonia (shipping fever complex) associated with Pasteurella spp., Hemophilus spp. and Klebsiella spp. susceptible to tetracycline.
Chickens: Control of chronic respiratory disease (CRD) and air sac infection caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Escherichia coli; infectious synovitis caused by Mycoplasma synoviae susceptible to tetracycline.
Turkeys: Control of infectious synovitis caused by Mycoplasma synoviae and bluecomb (transmissible enteritis, coronaviral enteritis) caused by complicating bacterial organisms susceptible to tetracycline.

Pharmacological action: N/A

Usage and administration:

Administer Tetracycline Hydrochloride Soluble Powder in the drinking water of swine and calves at a drug level of tetracycline hydrochloride per gallon to provide approximately
10 mg/lb of body weight, daily, for 3 to 5 days.Administer Tetracycline Hydrochloride Soluble Powder in the drinking water of chickens and turkeys at level of 25mg/lb body weight, daily, for 7 to 14 days.

Precaution:

Do not slaughter swine for food purposes within 4 days of treatment. Do not slaughter cattle for food purposes within 5 days of treatment. Do not slaughter poultry for food within 4 days of treatment. Not for use in poultry producing eggs for human consumption. A withdrawal period has not been established for this product in pre-ruminating calves. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal.

Withdrawal time:

For cattle, sheep, goats, camels and horses: Use 1g per 10kg bodyweight. Administer as a drench. For poultry add 30g Vitalyte per 40-80 liters of drinking water for 5-6 consecutive days.

Storage and expired time:

Preferable stored below 25°C, protected from light and heat, sealed tightly.
