Chongqing Fangtong Animal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., formerly named as Essential Animal Drugs Ichuan Co., Ltd, initiated in 1993, was incorporated on 15 Dec. 1999 in Banqiao Industrial Park, Rongchang, Chongqing City. Our company is mainly invested by three famous professors from Veterinary College of Southwest University, one of the key universities in China. Our company covers an area of more than 75,000 square meters with a buildup area of more than 53,000 square meters. By the end of 2004, 9 work plants with 13 assembly lines have passed the evaluation of GMP authentication by Ministry of Agriculture of China.

Our company has a well-structured workshop building exclusively for Beta Lactam Production which is completely separated from non Beta Lactam Production. Different working plant has its own independent air handling unit. Clean classes in working plant are divided into 300,000, 100,000, 10,000, and 100 respectively.

There are 2 water plants in our facilities to supply qualified water to various points of use after treatment.

Our product range covers from injectable solutions, powder for injections, oral solutions, tablets and granules, bolus, pulvis, premix as well as liquid disinfectants and solid disinfectants. There are more than 200 items in total. Our production capacity of injectable solutions is 50 million ml per day, ranking first in China. Powder for Injections is 300,000 vials per day, mainly Penicillin Potssium injections. Tablets for solid dosage forms is 2 million per day, and premix and water soluble powder is 3 to 5 tons per day.
